tools/publish_wiki.py requires WIKI_PRUNE and no longer reads a marker; WIKI_DIR defaults to docs/wiki. Tests follow (413 pass).
README, onboarding, troubleshooting and upgrading guides and the English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia wiki pages no longer describe the scoped workflow or the marker.
ADR-0004 is Superseded by ADR-0009 (RC-065).
Changelog entry 2.0.0 with a Breaking group; v1 stays at 1.2.2.
