New ADR-0001 (Proposed):
five pages: Home, Onboarding, Credentials, Troubleshooting, Capabilities;
the English page has no suffix and is generated; a translation is <Page>.da or <Page>.ms, written by hand in wiki/<Page>.<lang>.md, reviewed by a native reader and published by the same workflow;
English is authoritative;
each translation starts with <!-- translation of <Page>.md, source sha256 <12 hex> --> so a stale translation is detectable offline;
code blocks, commands, file names and workflow error messages stay in English; terms are kept consistent through docs/wiki-terms.md (task 4).
Registry: ADR row added (next number 0002); the Languages paragraph states the naming rule and points to the ADR.

ADR-0001 is Proposed. It needs a QC-ADR-001 review (RC record) and a Go before tasks 4 and 5 build on it.
Dots in wiki page names are not verified on this wiki. MIL-005 task 7 (#38) must publish and open them; the fallback is Home_da.
The staleness check and the language switcher line are task 4 (#35) work.
