Changes
Review records RC-008 (BC-001), RC-009 (PP-001) and RC-010 (MIL-005): Go, Accepted.
BC-001, PP-001 and MIL-005 move from Proposed to Accepted.
PP-001: the last decision date is corrected to 2026-12-12 (it still said 2026-11-28 after MIL-005 was added).
TM-001 lists MIL-005 and RC-008 to RC-010.
Review status
RC-009 has one Fail carried over from RC-002: PP-001 Open Issues still lists answered MIL-001 decisions (action item for S01).
The author and S01 are the same person, so the independent S05 review recorded in RC-001 is still open.
The MIL-005 tasks are not synced as issues yet; that needs sync-project.sh --apply.
