PP-001: MIL-005 added to the gateway schedule, Gantt chart, scope coverage and dependencies; the last decision date is corrected to 2026-12-12.
BC-001: the wiki in three languages added to the in-scope list.
Registry: the wiki is recorded as the one exception to "no translations kept".
TM-001 lists MIL-005 and RC-008 to RC-010.

RC-009 has one Fail carried over from RC-002: PP-001 Open Issues still lists answered MIL-001 decisions (action item for S01).
The author and S01 are the same person, so the independent S05 review recorded in RC-001 is still open.
The dry run of sync-project.sh --milestone MIL-005 would create one Milestone and seven Issues. Nothing has been applied; issues are the next step.
