The Version History row of each of the six checklists that gained criteria
(QC-DCD, QC-PY, QC-CL, QC-CPP, QC-CS, QC-SH) is Accepted, and the Proposed row
becomes Deprecated. Each row says it was accepted by the author as stand-in for
S02 (Coding Standards Governance) and that the delta re-review is a draft
confirmed by the author as stand-in, not independently. The acceptance takes
effect when a reviewer merges this pull request.
New criteria, appended after the existing ones (nothing renumbered or
changed):
- DRY in all five qc-programming-* checklists (python, c, cpp, csharp, shell)
- dependency rule in all but shell (imports, includes or references point
inward, no cycles; in C also one responsibility per module)
- SOLID in python, cpp and csharp
- qc-dcd.md criterion 9: dependencies between classes and packages point
inward (cycles stay with criterion 8)
Each is tagged with an ISO/IEC 25010 characteristic, and the criterion Notes
name the rule in the framework's coding-conventions skill, which defines it
once. Each checklist has a new Proposed Version History row for S02, who
accepts coding-standard changes. Common Defects gain a bullet per criterion.
QC-LANG-001 is a cross-cutting checklist for every artifact type written in the
Product Owner's language: Language and Domain metadata, content in the stated
language and register, domain terms from the dictionary, structural vocabulary
in English, no translated twin, a language change reviewed again, and domain
terms confirmed by a competent reviewer. Ten criteria, each tagged with an
ISO/IEC 25010:2023 characteristic.
QC-DICT-001 criterion 7 no longer checks translated artifacts (there are none
under the single-file rule); it checks that the dictionary's language and domain
match the project registry. Both checklists are Proposed.

The Domain Dictionary checklist is reviewed and accepted: the Version History
row changes from Proposed to Accepted.

Seven criteria (five mandatory), each tagged with an ISO/IEC 25010
characteristic: complete rows, no synonyms, Domain Model uses PO terms, design
artifacts use IT terms, and translated artifacts use the dictionary.
