The fix of #120 rewrote CHANGELOG.md, tools/publish_wiki.py and tests/test_publish_wiki.py with CRLF line endings (my error), which made #110 conflict in CHANGELOG.md. This restores LF; the content of those files is unchanged apart from the changelog line below.
Also: the onboarding guide and its three wiki pages say that a hyphen in a file name is a space in the page name and how to link to it (build_wiki.py --check is clean; 308 tests pass).
