Gitea keeps a hyphen in a page title literal, so the publisher stored Home-da as Home-da.-.md, addressed Home%2Dda. Every link to Home-da led to the page list. Seen on the sqa-and-qc, sqa-qc-framework and sqa-qc-checklists wikis.
The publisher now sends the title with spaces (Home da, stored Home-da.md). Test and changelog entry included (59 tests pass).
Depends on the merged amendment of MIL-006 (task 6, RC-058).
Not part of this PR (separate deliberate steps): the release and the v1 tag, re-running publish-wiki in the three repositories, and deleting the stale *.-.md pages by hand.
