The Release workflow created v2.1.1 and moved v2 (v1 unchanged); a call
at @v2 with the defaults ran after the release (run 1526). The
framework Badges page has no tools-ref workaround (framework pull
request 57). RC-079: Go, all eight criteria pass.
The fixed workflow at the branch, with every input at its default, ran
as run 1509: tools-ref resolved to v2, the scripts were fetched and the
badges were committed. RC-078 reviews the deliverables of tasks 2 to 5:
Go; criteria 6 to 8 stay open until the release and the framework page.
code-metrics.yml defaulted tools-ref to v1 and its guide said @v1, but
the workflow and its scripts exist only from v2.1.0. The default of the
five reusable workflows is now the current major, defined once in
MAJOR_TAG, and tests/test_tools_ref.py fails when a default differs from
it or names a tag without the script. Guides, README and wiki (en, da,
ms) call code-metrics.yml at @v2; ADR-0005, 0008, 0009 and 0010 carry
an amendment; RC-077 accepts the milestone's task 1 results.
Task: MIL-011#2
On a throwaway branch, code-metrics.yml at @v2 with the defaults fails
in "Validate the inputs" (tools/code-metrics.sh absent at v1, run 1499),
and a call at @v1 creates no run at all. Of the five reusable workflows
only code-metrics.yml names a tag without its script.
First read found three corrections: the wording of O5 in the
traceability, "ten milestones" in the plan's purpose, and a scope row that
is not a Business Case item. Go; accepted by the author as stand-in for
S01, not independent. MIL-011 and its plan row are Accepted; the
traceability matrix has the new rows.
Release 2.1.0 documents code-metrics.yml at @v1 and defaults tools-ref to
v1, but the workflow and its scripts exist only from v2.1.0. MIL-011
plans the fix (a patch release 2.1.1), the test that would have caught
it, the guide and wiki corrections, and the removal of the workaround
from the framework Badges page. Proposed; no code changes yet.
All seven Go / No-Go criteria are met: framework v0.7.0, seven repositories
calling publish-wiki-pages.yml with 0-difference read-backs, no wiki/.publish
in 48 repositories, the scoped workflow removed, ADR-0004 superseded, 2.0.0
released with v1 left at 1.2.2. The acceptance is recorded as AI stand-in for
S01 (mode autonomous, not independent).
- .gitea/scoped_workflows/publish-wiki.yml is deleted
- tools/publish_wiki.py requires WIKI_PRUNE, reads no marker, and defaults
WIKI_DIR to docs/wiki; its tests follow
- README, onboarding, troubleshooting and upgrading guides, and the wiki pages
in English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia no longer describe the scoped workflow
- changelog entry 2.0.0 with the Breaking group
Task: MIL-009#6
Task: MIL-009#8
The scoped delivery and the wiki/.publish marker are replaced by the reusable
workflow of ADR-0009. The AI records the acceptance as stand-in for S01
(mode autonomous, not independent).
Task: MIL-009#7
The user switched to autonomous mode and accepted the plan in chat on
2026-10-14 with the defaults: target date 2026-11-30, no publishing for
027-sandbox and 028-pomodoro, framework release 0.7.0. The acceptance is
recorded as AI stand-in for S01 (RC-064, mode autonomous, not independent).
MIL-009 (migrate the wiki callers, remove the scoped workflow) joins the
Gateway Schedule, the Gantt, Scope Coverage, Dependencies and Plan Risks.
RC-064 records the review; MIL-009, the plan row and the record stay
Proposed until S01 gives the Go and confirms the target date.
Proposed. Seven repositories still publish through the scoped
publish-wiki.yml with wiki/.publish; MIL-009 moves them to docs/wiki/ and a
caller of publish-wiki-pages.yml, removes the scoped workflow, supersedes
ADR-0004 and releases 2.0.0. The target date awaits S01.
RC-063 reviews ADR-0009 against QC-ADR-001: three findings fixed (stale
verification statement, security impact named, product owner spelled out).
S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-13; ADR-0009 and RC-063 are Accepted.
S01 gave the Go on the MIL-008 plan change in chat on 2026-10-13. The change
was merged as pull request 137 with the plan row Proposed; this sets PP-001
and RC-062 to Accepted.
MIL-008 (wiki publishing as a reusable workflow) joins the Gateway Schedule,
the Gantt, Scope Coverage, Dependencies and Plan Risks. RC-062 records the
review; the plan row stays Proposed until S01 gives the Go.
- publish-wiki-pages.yml: reusable workflow with wiki_dir, prune and
tools-ref inputs and the declared secret TOKEN_FOR_GITEA_WIKI
- tools/publish_wiki.py: WIKI_PRUNE selects explicit mode without the marker;
a missing folder is a configuration error
- publish-own-wiki.yml: this repository calls the reusable workflow
- wiki/ moves to docs/wiki/; build_wiki.py and its tests follow
- the scoped publish-wiki.yml is marked deprecated, not removed
- guides, README and the Danish and Bahasa Malaysia wiki pages describe the
caller, docs/wiki/ and the new error messages
Task: MIL-008#2
Task: MIL-008#4
Task: MIL-008#5
Task: MIL-008#6
MIL-008 plans publishing the wiki through a reusable workflow that reads
docs/wiki/. ADR-0009 records the decision. RC-060 accepts the plan; RC-061
accepts the amendment that deprecates the scoped workflow instead of
removing it, because eight repositories still publish through it.
The user asked for the deletion of TirSystem/qc-adoption-cpp and
TirSystem/qc-adoption-csharp on 2026-10-13. The remaining action, adoption in
a real C++ and C# project, stays open.
Task: MIL-007#7
Refs #101
Results and review (RC-059, autonomous, AI as stand-in for S01) added to the
milestone. The guides and their wiki pages now say that clang-tidy and dotnet
print absolute paths in the workspace of the runner.
