MIL-002 Calculator core:
- `src/calc/constants.py`: operation symbols, answers, prompts, messages and the ASCII title and calculator
- `src/calc/operations.py`: `add`, `subtract`, `multiply`, `divide` and the `OPERATIONS` dictionary, which stores the functions without calling them
- `tests/test_operations.py`: each operation, division by zero and the dictionary contents

- `doxygen Doxyfile` builds without warnings
