Delivers MIL-004: one screenshot per lecture step captured in a Docker container (tools/capture_screenshots.sh), the README step overview, and the wiki in docs/wiki (English, Danish, Bahasa Malaysia; eight pages each). Reviewed as RC-011 (wiki, Go-with-conditions until the published wiki is checked) and RC-012 (tool script).
