Adds first_class_functions and decorators with tests, screenshots for lectures 5 and 6 and the README section. Code review: RC-018 (autonomous, AI as stand-in for S01, not independent). One Doxygen warning (undocumented parameters of calculate) is fixed in MIL-005 task 5.
