Fixes the publish-wiki failure (no Markdown pages found in docs/wiki) by using flat pages Home.md, Home-da.md, Home-ms.md plus _Sidebar.md, and moves the HTML, CSS and assets into src/.

Move code to src and flatten wiki for the publish workflow 67062dffbc 
The publish workflow reads Markdown pages directly in docs/wiki, named Home.md, Home-da.md and Home-ms.md. The wiki screenshot uses an absolute URL because wiki pages cannot reach repo files by relative path.
