Adds Home-da.md, Home-ms.md and _Sidebar.md, a language line on Home.md, and links to all three wiki languages in the README.

Stacked on PR 2: the base is docs/readme-and-wiki, so merge PR 2 first and retarget this PR to main if Gitea does not do it.
