MIL-008 Choose level: before learning the user chooses 100 words, 1000 words or all words; a level is the first N rows of the frequency ordered word list. There is still one progress file with every unknown word, so known words stay known across levels and words outside the level are never lost. --level 100|1000|all skips the screen.
