Delivers milestone MIL-002 Password Manager Features: JSON storage, handling of a missing, empty or invalid data file, search (find_password), generate_password, the Tkinter window (MVVM) and 37 pytest tests (unit, integration, e2e).

Go/No-Go evidence: pytest 37 passed, ruff format and check clean, no third-party imports in src/, code review RC-008 Go (autonomous, not independent).
