check-languages.sh treats the translated wiki pages under docs/ as translated twins of PO-language artifacts. The wiki is not an artifact, so its sources move to wiki/. Also sets two Version History statuses that stayed Proposed/Accepted after the later rows were accepted.

No issue closed: all issues of MIL-001 to MIL-004 are closed.
