Records the verdict on RC-019, the re-check of the Business Case success criteria on main, which was merged in #37 with the verdict Pending. S01 accepted the assistant's runs as the measure for success criteria 1 and 5 and recorded Go.
What changes
RC-019: the verdict line reads Go, rows 1 and 5 carry S01's acceptance of the runs, the status line says the record is decided, the condition about S01's own run is closed, and Version History gets a row.
The traceability matrix: the success-criteria row lists RC-019 (Go) as the latest record after RC-018 (Go-with-conditions), the coverage note says so, and Version History gets a row.
No code, no other document and no workflow changes. RC-018 is left as it is: its conditions are closed by the record that names it.
What the verdict means
All seven success criteria of BC-001 are met on main, and the conditions of RC-018 are closed. Go / No-Go criterion 6 of MIL-004 ("every criterion met") is therefore met. The commit gate for the four milestones is unaffected, because RC-019 names BC-001, not a milestone.
The README's "Continuous integration" section and project layout still name .github/workflows/ci.yml and say CI builds the documentation; the workflow is .gitea/workflows/ci.yml and has no Doxygen step.
Decide whether CI should build the documentation again.
Optional: add "No issue closed" to #35 and #36, and update the open issues of the Project Plan.
Issues
No issue closed: this pull request records a verdict. #28 (verify the Business Case success criteria) can be closed now that the verdict is Go; that is left to S01.
