Stops tracking AGENTS.md, .claude/skills and .agents/skills (115 files). They are local tooling, not project content:
bash framework/scripts/install-skills.sh recreates both skill copies.
Each clone keeps all three out of git through .git/info/exclude.
This commit only removes the files from the tree. They stay in the history of main (commit 7c0ed0d and the merge of #14); purging them from history would mean rewriting main, which this PR does not do.
Before you pull this into a clone that has those files
Git deletes tracked files from the working tree when it applies a commit that removes them. After git pull on main, AGENTS.md, .claude/skills and .agents/skills will be gone from that clone. Copy AGENTS.md aside first and restore it afterwards, and run bash framework/scripts/install-skills.sh to recreate the skill copies. Once they are restored, .git/info/exclude keeps them untracked.

Remove AGENTS.md, .claude/skills and .agents/skills from the repository. They
are local tooling: bash framework/scripts/install-skills.sh recreates the skill
copies, and each clone keeps all three out of git through .git/info/exclude.
The files stay in the history of main; this commit only stops tracking them.
