The first reviews (RC-001 to RC-003) were written when framework/qc/ was empty. This re-reviews the three documents against the real checklists (QC-BC-001, QC-SA-001, QC-MIL-001 and QC-LANG-001).
Defects found and fixed first:
Business Case: justified the qualitative cost-benefit, added the one-week delivery constraint (2026-10-07 to 2026-10-14), spelled out PyPI, SQA and QC.
Stakeholder Analysis: spelled out FURPS+.
Milestone MIL-001: target date now cites the Business Case constraint; spelled out RC.
New review records RC-005, RC-006 and RC-007, all with verdict Go, each replacing its earlier record. The documents get a new Version History row, and the pending commit links are resolved in a separate commit.

No issue closed: the MIL-001 task issues no longer exist on the host.
