Documentation only. The project layout table now mentions the SQA review records and traceability matrix under docs/sqa/.

A merge to main also triggers the sync-github-metadata workflow again, to check that the replaced TOKEN_FOR_GITEA secret works and that the description and topics reach the GitHub mirror.

No issue closed: documentation only, no code changed.
