Tirsvad 5a26d70ab0 Update repository links to 011-blackjack and the renamed organisation 
The repository was renamed from 011-black-jack to 011-blackjack and the
Gitea organisation from Tirsvad-Udemy-100_days_of_code to
Tirsvad-Udemy-100-days-of-code (kebab-case convention). Update the
milestone and commit links in BC-001, SA-001, PP-001, MIL-001 and
MIL-002, and the organisation name in BC-001.

Tirsvad 0bf901b471 Resolve pending commit links 
Replace `pending` in the Version History of BC-001, SA-001, PP-001,
MIL-001 and MIL-002 with links to commit 1d35410, which introduced
those rows.

Tirsvad 1d35410b8d Add planning baseline: BC, SA, PP and two gateways 
Create the Business Case, Stakeholder Analysis (S01 course participant,
S02 Udemy coursists, S03 GitHub viewers), Project Plan and the milestone
documents MIL-001 (project setup, 6 tasks) and MIL-002 (game
implementation, 8 tasks) for the console Blackjack game.

Register PP and MIL in the artifact registry, set the PO language to en,
and link the synced Gitea milestones in the Gateway Schedule.
