## Overall Verdict
|
|
|
|
Go - all six criteria pass; the one finding (criterion 2) was fixed during the review, together with two stale phrases (the verification results still offered a build of `cppcheck`, and tasks 4 and 5 said "as the ADR decides"). It restores the status Accepted of MIL-007, which the publishing action and the plan-first gate require, and it does not accept UC-005 and US-001.16 and .17 (task 1, #95), which still need their own review. S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-11, standing in for the other reviewers as ADR-0002 records; there is no independent reader.
