## Overall Verdict
|
|
|
|
Go - all six criteria pass for the amendment that records how the wiki is published (source in `wiki/`, workflow on merge, no direct push) and adds task 8. S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-10. The author and S01 are the same person, so the independent S05 review recorded in RC-001 is still open. This review closes the RC-010 action item to decide how the agent publishes.
