## Overall Verdict

Go - all six criteria pass, and the five Go/No-Go criteria of MIL-004 are met. Criterion 3 (a consumer pinned to the previous version keeps working) was met by construction at the first release and verified on 2026-10-11 with pinned consumers after `v1.0.1` and `v1.1.0` (see the Verification results of MIL-004). S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-11, standing in for the other reviewers as ADR-0002 records; there is no independent reader.
