## Overall Verdict
|
|
|
|
Go - all six criteria pass, and the five Go/No-Go criteria of MIL-004 are met. One limit is stated, not hidden: criterion 3 (a consumer pinned to the previous version keeps working) is met by construction until a second release exists, because tags are never moved. S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-11, standing in for the other reviewers as ADR-0002 records; there is no independent reader.
