## Overall Verdict
|
|
|
|
Go - all seven criteria pass. One stale sentence in the Purpose and Scope (it said that stories for quality checks and releases were not written yet) was corrected during the review, as it is false since US-001.09. With RC-056 this completes task 1 of MIL-007 (#95) and, with ADR-0008 and the accepted amendment of MIL-007, meets the plan-first gate for tasks 4 and 5 (#98 and #99). S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-11, standing in for the other reviewers as ADR-0002 records; there is no independent reader.
