Adds the changelog entry of the first release, `1.0.0`, so the Release workflow can create it.
- `CHANGELOG.md`: the content of Unreleased moves under `## [1.0.0] - 2026-10-10`.
- `tools/changelog.py`: a wrapped changelog item is read as one item; before, a release page would have lost the continuation lines. One test added.
After the merge the Release workflow runs as a dry run, then for real (S01 approves the release in chat, ADR-0002).
