Adds the reusable workflow code-metrics.yml: it counts the code files and the lines of code (without comment and blank lines), reads a Cobertura XML coverage report that the caller uploads as an artifact, and commits three SVG badges to a badges branch (ADR-0010).

  • tools/count_loc.py, tools/badges.py, tools/code-metrics.sh and .gitea/workflows/code-metrics.yml, with offline tests (527 tests, 98% coverage of tools/)
  • UC-008, US-001.18 to US-001.20, UCD-001 (RC-069 to RC-071), ADR-0010 (RC-072, amended in RC-073)
  • guide guides/code-metrics.md, README, wiki pages in English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia, changelog entry 2.1.0
  • results of the delivery check (task 3) and of the adoption in a throwaway repository with a seeded change and a seeded failure (task 8), reviewed in RC-074

Reviews are Go, recorded as autonomous, not independent (AI as stand-in for S01).

The release (task 9) is a separate step after this merge: the Release workflow is run for 2.1.0, a dry run first.
