Review record RC-011 for the MIL-005 amendment (wiki source in wiki/, published by a workflow on merge, task 8): 6/6 Pass, Go, Accepted.
MIL-005: the amendment row moves from Proposed to Accepted.
TM-001 lists RC-011; registry next RC number is 012.
Review status
The author and S01 are the same person, so the independent S05 review recorded in RC-001 is still open.
New action items: S05 approves the scope of the wiki publish secret (due 2026-10-17); S03 stores it (due 2026-10-24).
Issue #33 and the new task 8 are not updated on Gitea yet; that needs sync-project.sh --milestone MIL-005 --apply.
No issue closed: this accepts the plan amendment only.
