Tirsvad 9cca29579f Accept TOKEN_FOR_GITEA_WIKI in .env and move the token howto to the wiki
TOKEN_FOR_GITEA_WIKI is an optional key, checked and masked but never used
or asked for, so one .env can serve the wiki publishing too. GITHUB_PAT and
GITHUB_USER are documented as required only when GitHub is chosen.

The how-to for creating the access tokens moves from howto/ to the wiki as
AccessTokens in English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia, with its pictures in
wiki/img/. README, Home and the sidebar link to it.

Adds MIL-010 with its review RC-033 and the matching plan, user story and
traceability rows.

# RepoFoundry credentials. Placeholders only: never put a real value in this
# file or commit one.
#
# Every key in this file may be left empty: a credential that is missing here
# is asked for when the script runs (the token is not echoed). GITEA_TOKEN is
# always needed; GITHUB_PAT and GITHUB_USER only when you choose GitHub;
# TOKEN_FOR_GITEA_WIKI is optional and never asked for.
#
# Copy this file to .env, fill in the values and keep it private
# (chmod 600 .env on Linux and macOS). .env is ignored by git. The file is
# read as plain KEY=VALUE lines and never executed. Values may be wrapped in
# single or double quotes.
# GitHub personal access token. Required when you choose to create a GitHub
# repository (the mirror); not used otherwise. It creates the repository and
# is also the password of the Gitea push mirror, so it needs permission to
# create repositories for the chosen owner and to push to the new one. Prefer
# a fine-grained token.
GITHUB_PAT=

# GitHub account the token belongs to. It identifies who authenticates; it is
# only a default suggestion for the owner prompt, because the repository can

GITHUB_USER=
# Gitea access token. It needs permission to create repositories
# for the chosen owner and to manage the repository's push mirror.
GITEA_TOKEN=
# Optional. Gitea access token for publishing the wiki, with repository write
# scope only. RepoFoundry accepts it so one .env can serve both, but never uses
# or asks for it.
