Planning baseline for RepoFoundry (create-project.sh), which creates a Gitea
repository, optionally a GitHub repository with a Gitea -> GitHub push mirror,
and a local project with the SQA-QC-Framework. Documents only; no code.
What is in this PR
Business Case, Stakeholder Analysis, Project Plan (3 phases, 2026-10-05 to
2026-11-13) and milestones MIL-001 to MIL-003 with 18 task rows
Use Case Diagram, 3 user stories (one per milestone), UC-001 "Create a new
project" with SSD, Domain Model (use case and project), Dictionary,
Operation Contract and Sequence Diagram
Review records RC-001 to RC-015 and the Traceability Matrix
All documents reviewed and Accepted
Decisions recorded
GitHub is optional; choosing GitHub applies the AGPL license to the Gitea
repository (so it is not empty) and sets up the mirror
origin uses HTTPS from GITEA_URL unless the SSH test on port 10022 passes
S01 and S02 are held by one person for now, so the framework independence
rule is not met; each review record notes this
Please review
Proposed phase dates (accepted with the plan)
Whether the script makes the first commit (the plan says no; open until MIL-003)
Credential handling and mirror design (S02)
Issues
No issue closed: milestones and issues have not been synced yet
(sync-project.sh dry run only).
