Doxygen configuration with INPUT = src, OUTPUT_DIRECTORY = docs/doxygen, Python optimisation (OPTIMIZE_OUTPUT_JAVA = YES), recursive scan and EXTRACT_ALL = YES, so Doxygen comments in the source can be rendered.
