Add the Business Case, Stakeholder Analysis (S01 course participant, S02 Udemy coursists, S03 GitHub viewers) and Project Plan for the console Blackjack game.
Add milestone documents MIL-001 (project setup, 6 tasks) and MIL-002 (game implementation, 8 tasks), synced to Gitea as milestones 34 and 35 with issues #1 to #14.
Register PP and MIL in the artifact registry, set the PO language to English, and link the milestones in the Gateway Schedule.

All documents are Proposed; S01 reviews and accepts them. MIL-001 must be Accepted before any code goes under src/ or tests/.
No use cases or user stories are modelled: every task is a plain technical task (see the plan's Open Issues).
