Tirsvad f2b81f44c5 Add README screenshots and the wiki in English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia 
README with the five lecture step screenshots and the option table, Doxygen
builds without warnings, wiki pages for the home page and the five steps in
three languages (screenshots and what each step taught), sidebar and footer.

Tirsvad afcb7d35a8 Add strategy options: check interval, buy all affordable 
BuyStrategy with a pure buy-all plan, validated --interval, --buy-all,
a five attempt retry for reads that go stale (found in a real run), the
comparison of two batches of 300 s container runs and the screenshot of
