Step 4 code: song search, add loop that skips failures, the full program as the default run, --list-only for step 1; 92 tests (99 % coverage). Code review RC-016: Go (autonomous, not independent).

The live screenshot needs the personal browser.json: issue 34 stays open and MIL-006 stays open.
