MIL-011 Menu bar: File (Open..., Change level..., Reset word list..., Exit) and About (Contact, LinkedIn page of the author).

  • Progress is kept apart for each word list (words_to_learn.csv for ms-da.csv, words_to_learn_<name>.csv for another list); reset deletes only the progress file of the open list after a confirmation; a refused file (not a word list, not UTF-8) shows a message and keeps the earlier list.
  • Application is the controller of the commands, MenuViewModel and MenuView follow MVVM, dialogs and webbrowser are injected for tests.
  • README, the Usage page of the wiki in English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia and a new screenshot with the menu bar. The design documents and RC-056 to RC-065 were merged in #75.

Checks in the project .venv: pytest 258 passed (5 runs), ruff check, ruff format --check, mypy --strict, lint-imports, doxygen Doxyfile (0 warnings), check-readme.sh; the executable was rebuilt and smoke-tested.

Review record RC-066: Go (autonomous mode, not independent).
