MIL-009 Executable with PyInstaller: python tools/build_executable.py builds dist/flash-card.exe (one file, no console, icon, images and word list inside, speech packages collected). When frozen the images and the embedded word list come from the bundle and the progress is written to data/ next to the executable; a data/ms-da.csv next to it wins. PyInstaller is only in the extra build; the executable is not committed.
Also in this pull request: the level screen now sets the window title, padding and background (found by the smoke test: it showed the default title "tk").
Smoke test of the real executable (not part of pytest): starts without the venv, window "Flashy", progress file beside it, list override, images visible.
Checks in the project .venv: pytest 216 passed (3 runs), ruff check, ruff format --check, mypy --strict, lint-imports, doxygen Doxyfile (0 warnings), check-readme.sh.
