MIL-007 Documentation and publication: README with screenshots and the assignment-to-code map, the wiki in English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia (docs/wiki/, 12 pages and a sidebar), tools/capture_screenshots.py (screenshots of the running window), button background fix to match the wireframe, milestone links in the project plan.

Done before this pull request: the repository description and 10 topics were set on the git host. The wiki is pushed to the host's wiki after the merge (the publish workflow needs a runner and a secret that the project does not have), so #36 is closed by hand.

Checks in the project .venv: pytest 125 passed (2 runs), ruff check, ruff format --check, mypy --strict, lint-imports, doxygen Doxyfile (0 warnings), check-readme.sh, check-languages.sh.

Review record RC-029: Go (autonomous mode, not independent).
