MIL-003 Step 2 - New flash cards: domain classes, CSV reader (standard library, instead of pandas, see ADR-0001), random card per button press.

Checks in the project .venv: pytest 66 passed (unit, integration on the real word list, e2e on the real window), ruff check, ruff format --check, mypy --strict, lint-imports, doxygen Doxyfile (0 warnings).

Review record RC-025: Go (autonomous mode, not independent).
