MIL-002 Step 1 - User interface: the flash card window of the wireframe, with generated images (no course asset is redistributed).

Checks in the project .venv: pytest 18 passed (5 e2e tests ran against the real Tk window), ruff check, ruff format --check, mypy --strict, lint-imports, doxygen Doxyfile (0 warnings).

Review record RC-024: Go (autonomous mode, not independent).
