At the Product Owner's request the lightweight tag on the host was replaced
by an annotated tag on the same commit. Review record RC-081 (Go).
Task: MIL-012#6
The Windows executable passed the smoke test in Windows Sandbox: 5 of 5
runs (window, list override, known button, progress file). Review record
RC-080 (Go) closes criterion 7 of MIL-013 and the open condition of RC-072
on the smoke test.
Task: MIL-013#8
A Debian image (python:3.13-slim-bookworm with Xvfb and GNOME's window
manager) runs the linters, the whole test suite, the screenshots and the
smoke test of a PyInstaller Linux binary and of the source program, so no
window opens on the development machine. The screenshot tool works on
Linux, a smoke driver presses the known button with the virtual mouse, and
Windows Sandbox scripts are written (not run, they open a window on the
host). README and the wiki Install pages describe it. Review records
RC-077 (Python) and RC-078 (shell).

Milestone MIL-013 (Debian container with GNOME, Windows Sandbox for the
executable), ADR-0005, BC-001 and PP-001 updated. Review records RC-073 to
RC-076, all Go (autonomous mode, not independent).
Task: MIL-013#1
The tag v0.2.0 and the release page exist (lightweight tag, no executable
attached: the host refuses the upload). Review record RC-072
(Go-with-conditions): the executable smoke test is incomplete and the tag
is not annotated.

Task: MIL-012#7
Version 0.2.0 in pyproject.toml, flash_card.__version__ and the Doxyfile
with a test that keeps the three equal; CHANGELOG entry for 0.2.0; README
and the wiki Install pages link the release pages. The upload limit probe
refused a 1 MB file (413), so the executable is not attached. Review
record RC-071 (Go).

mode, not independent).
Task: MIL-012#1

RC-065, all Go (autonomous mode, not independent).
Task: MIL-011#1
The tag v0.1.0 and the release exist and the executable was rebuilt and
smoke-tested from the tagged commit, but the server's reverse proxy rejects
the upload (413). README, CHANGELOG and the wiki Install pages now say that
the executable is built from source until the limit is raised. Review
record RC-055 (Go-with-conditions).
