updated for the menu bar: BC-001, PP-001, US-001, UC-001, SSD-001, OC-001,
SD-001, DCD-001, DICT-001 and the wireframe. Review records RC-056 to
RC-065, all Go (autonomous mode, not independent).

## Purpose and Scope
These stories cover the epic "Study Flash Cards": the four steps of the course assignment (the window, new cards, flipping the cards, saving progress), the spoken Malay word the choice of level the start without an installed Python and the download of the executable from a release. Each story is delivered by one milestone. The wireframe the stories follow is in `docs/uc-001/wireframe.md`.
