Delivers milestone MIL-003 Documentation and Publishing: 4 screenshots of the real window and the tool that captures them, README with screenshots, wiki in English, Danish and Bahasa Malaysia (4 pages each plus sidebar and footer) and the publish-wiki workflow.

Go/No-Go evidence: 4 PNG files in docs/images; check-readme.sh exit 0; check-languages.sh exit 0; 12 wiki pages, same page set in en, da, ms; pytest 37 passed.

Reviews: RC-009 (tools code) Go, RC-011 (YAML) Go, RC-010 (workflow) Go-with-conditions (main not protected; workflow not yet run on a runner). All Mode: autonomous, not independent.
