## Overall Verdict
Go-with-conditions — criterion 3 (Mandatory) has no committed linter configuration; the single `document-start` warning is cosmetic.
Go — every Mandatory criterion passes. Criterion 3 passes because `.yamllint` is committed next to the workflow and `yamllint` 1.38.0 reports no finding.
