+
+Create a local virtual environment named `.venv`, upgrade `pip` and install the project with its test tool.
+
+## Requirements
+
+- Python 3.13 or newer, with `tkinter` (Turtle needs it)
+- `git`
+- Optional: Doxygen to build the source documentation
+
