Overall Verdict

Go - S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-10 for the revision that adds MIL-005. The open-issues finding is carried over from RC-002 and does not affect MIL-005. The author and S01 are the same person, so the independent S05 review recorded in RC-001 is still open.
