## Artifact Under Review

- Instance reviewed: [MIL-005]
- Checklist used: [QC-MIL-001]

## Checklist Results

| # | Criterion | Status | Evidence/Notes |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | A concrete deliverable is defined for every gate | Pass | Fifteen wiki pages in `wiki/`, the generation script, the publishing workflow and the `AGENTS.md` rule. |
| 2 | Explicit Go/No-Go criteria are stated for each gate | Pass | Six criteria, each checkable. The new criterion 6 is checked by the author of the last wiki commit. |
| 3 | Dependencies on other milestones are explicitly mapped | Pass | Depends on MIL-002; task 8 adds no new milestone dependency. |
| 4 | Each milestone is traceable to a Business Case objective or KPI | Pass | Traceability maps MIL-005 to O3 of BC-001; the wiki is in the BC-001 scope list. |
| 5 | Milestone owner and approving reviewer are identified | Pass | Owner S05, approving reviewer S01. |
| 6 | Milestone has a defined target date consistent with project constraints | Pass | 2026-12-12, marked proposed; the Business Case sets no deadline. |

## Overall Verdict

Go - all six criteria pass for the amendment that records how the wiki is published (source in `wiki/`, workflow on merge, no direct push) and adds task 8. S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-10. The author and S01 are the same person, so the independent S05 review recorded in RC-001 is still open. This review closes the RC-010 action item to decide how the agent publishes.

## Action Items

| Action | Owner | Due |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Approve the scope of the wiki publish secret (write access to the wiki repository only) and store it (task 2) | S05 | 2026-10-17 |
| Store the approved secret on the Gitea repository (task 2) | S03 | 2026-10-24 |
