The Home page now lists all workflows with their purpose and has a PlantUML diagram for each.
README.md: new section Workflows with a table (workflow, file, kind, trigger, purpose) of the five workflows, and one diagram each: sync (moved from Capabilities), publish wiki, quality checks, release and validate workflows. The Overview sentence no longer names only the sync workflow.
tools/build_wiki.py: Home keeps the Workflows section between Overview and Requirements. The diagrams are PlantUML source (Gitea shows them as code blocks) and stay in English in the translations.
