Records the pilot of wiki publishing (MIL-006 task 4).

  • Pilot: TirSystem/sqa-qc-checklists (its PR 10). Publish wiki run 629 at v1: 13 pages, 0 created, 0 updated, 0 deleted; the 13 wiki pages read back equal wiki/.
  • MIL-006 criterion 1 amended: a live run in a repository without the marker cannot be produced (a scoped workflow is not dispatchable through the API, 404 in TirSystem/IaC.server-setup-4-linux, and runs only on a push that changes wiki/**); the evidence is the offline tests and the trigger rule. The milestone now has a Verification results section.
  • RC-049 reviews it (S01 for the other reviewers, ADR-0002); TM-001 updated.

No wiki pages changed: only milestone, review and registry documents changed.
