Adds the checklist a native reader uses to review the Danish and Bahasa Malaysia wiki pages (MIL-005 task 5, issue #36).

docs/wiki-translation-review.md: a working document like docs/wiki-terms.md, not a project artifact.
the ten pages per language with links to the live wiki pages;
ten checks per page (meaning, natural wording, terms, what stays in English, register, spelling, links, tables, numbers, nothing misleading);
eight judgement calls to look at first (for example secret / rahsia, spejl / cermin, kes guna), noting that the Bahasa Malaysia draft is the weaker one;
a findings table (current text, proposed text, severity) and an outcome table per language;
how fixes are made and when #36 and MIL-005 close.
Notes
No wiki pages changed, so no rule 8 update and no republish.
Issue #36 stays open: a named native reader of each language still has to do the review. This PR only prepares it.
